We accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. Including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal

WE ACCEPT KLARNA, AFTERPAY, SEZZLE AND PAYPAL LATER.

WE ACCEPT APPLE PAY.

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 HOURS of delivery.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our corporate office.

WHERE'S MY TRACKING?

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING VIA EMAIL, MOBILE PHONE AT THE CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED AT CHECK OUT.

ORDER BEING DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS?

Please check and ensure that your correct address is listed on your account.

You can navigate there by clicking or hovering over your account and then clicking MY INFO. Once you are on that page, scroll down to ADDRESSES and make sure to make corrections to existing addresses and/or delete old addresses.

UB is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. UB can not change your address once your order has been processed.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP?

UB SHIPS ON THE BUSINESS DAYS OF MONDAY - FRIDAY. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
